Shahi Paneer is a popular Indian dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) simmered in a rich and creamy gravy. Here's a simple recipe for making Shahi Paneer using Shahi Paneer Masala:

Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 250g (cubed)
  • Onion – 2 (chopped)
  • Tomato – 2 (pureed)
  • Cashews – 10-12 (soaked)
  • Fresh cream – ¼ cup
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Yore Shahi Paneer Masala – 1 tbsp
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic – 1 tbsp (paste)
  • Green chili – 1 (chopped)
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Salt – as needed
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp

Instructions:

  • Soak 10-12 cashews in warm water for 10 minutes, then blend into a smooth paste.
  • Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden. Then add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • Add 2 pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
  • Mix in 1 tbsp Yore Shahi Paneer Masala, ¼ tsp turmeric, and salt as needed. Stir well for a rich aroma.
  • Pour in the cashew paste, ½ cup milk, and ¼ cup fresh cream, then mix well to make a smooth gravy.
  • Gently add 250g paneer cubes and simmer for 2-3 minutes so they absorb the flavors.
  • Top with fresh cream or coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or jeera rice.
