Ingredients:
- Paneer – 250g (cubed)
- Onion – 2 (chopped)
- Tomato – 2 (pureed)
- Cashews – 10-12 (soaked)
- Fresh cream – ¼ cup
- Milk – ½ cup
- Yore Shahi Paneer Masala – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic – 1 tbsp (paste)
- Green chili – 1 (chopped)
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Salt – as needed
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Instructions:
- Soak 10-12 cashews in warm water for 10 minutes, then blend into a smooth paste.
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden. Then add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add 2 pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
- Mix in 1 tbsp Yore Shahi Paneer Masala, ¼ tsp turmeric, and salt as needed. Stir well for a rich aroma.
- Pour in the cashew paste, ½ cup milk, and ¼ cup fresh cream, then mix well to make a smooth gravy.
- Gently add 250g paneer cubes and simmer for 2-3 minutes so they absorb the flavors.
- Top with fresh cream or coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or jeera rice.
